The 23rd annual Major Achievement in Marketing Excellence (MAME) Awards Banquet will be held March 29, 2008 at the Westin Hotel uptown.

There are three key areas of recognition - Individual Achievement Awards, MAME Awards and Million Dollar Circle Awards. Every award pays special tribute to sales and marketing excellence and industry professionals.

Submit 2007 MAME Awards in 5 steps:

1. Read the 2007 MAME Welcome (Word) – This will give you the instructions, eligibility requirements and guidelines for the awards process. Included new this year is a Survey of Entrants, this vehicle for feedback is voluntary.

2. Review the 2007 MAME Order Forms – These individual Excel worksheets are the four (4) order forms you will need to complete your entries:
   · MAME Order Form (Word),
   · MAME Banquet Reservations Order Form (Word),
   · Sales Manager Citations Order Form (Excel),
   · Sales Person Order Form (Excel).

3. Review the 2007 MAME Award Entry Forms (PDF file of all forms) – After reviewing the 2007 MAME Award Entry Forms PDF (complete set of Instructions & Forms) select the links below to download the Word document of each Award Entry Forms (total 34) required for submission. For entries with multiple subcategories only ONE checkbox can be selected per entry. To enter an entry into multiple subcategories please submit separate entry forms and fees. PLEASE REMEMBER: ALL ENTRIES MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A COMPLETED MAME ORDER FORM WITH PAYMENT!

4. Assemble Award Entries - Use appropriately sized 3 Ring Binders. Include the correct Order Forms, Entry Forms, Required Materials and Complete Payment.

5. Submit Award Entries - Return completed Award Entry Binders and Payment to the HBAC (1850 East Third Street, Suite 345, Charlotte, NC 28204) before 5 pm on the given deadlines.
